Born in an agriculturists family in a village on the west coast of Karnataka-Kerala border, India, Shrikrishna Bhat took to fine arts by choice. He graduated from one of the highly reputed art schools in India, Chitrakala Parishath in 1994. He underwent special training in Ceramics at Regional Design & Technical Development Centre in Bangalore.

      Inborn creative talent, relentless experimentation and a quest for perfection have taken Bhat to great heights. He is one amongst the most sought after muralists of the country today.
